WAIT FOR REPAIR
Most repairs are completed within 7-10 business days, but sometimes we have to order materials from the original manufacturer. We'll let you know if there are going to be delays.
PICKUP YOUR SHOES
We hope you'll love your shoes again. When you come to pickup your shoes, we'll make sure the repair is up to your satisfaction and ensure a perfect fit, just like the day you purchased them.
